Honestly been going to this shop as a convenience, I only have 1 car so it's easy to do a drop off. Here's the issue, you'll do a drop off at your appt time but it'll be hours or even days before they call you back if they even call you. The last two times I had to call them to check on the status and they haven't even gotten to it. I also cant prove it but ill say this, I've always taken my car to them for oil changes and the last two times before I did my car kept making a noise so I paid them to do a diagnostic test, when i picked it up they didnt even give me paperwork, just told me they don't know whats wrong and took my money....after that I decided to check the dip stick and it was bare bones dry, so I did the oil change myself, after 5000 miles its perfect and no noise. So either my car burned all the oil or someone at the shop forgot to put some in. In either case probably better to find someone else.
