I found 40 west during the pandemic and have been coming to them regularly for the last 3 almost 4 years. They are very honorable and kind people! They never charge more than what is needed and always honor their customers. I recommend them to everyone and I refuse to go anywhere else, so much so that when my car broke down near north east MD I had it towed to 40 west haha. Love them!! Can truly only speak good things about them!!

My truck would not start, late in the afternoon before a cold front came in. 40 West told me if I could jump it and bring it in right away, they would check it and replace the battery if necessary. They did, and I drove away within a very short time. Great service, and friendly helpful people,.

Very fast response to my car that turned itself off at a light on a busy road. I was dropped off at my daughter's house, which was on the route to the garage. The driver, who's name I missed in my flustered state, was a gentleman when I entered and exited the truck, making sure I safely made it in and out of the big rig. The service garage was great at communicating what they diagnosed. I will definitely call 40 West Towing if I need their service again. Highly recommend!
