Butch, Tow Truck Driver, was very friendly and professional. The lady who took the call was professional and understanding of the situation. Response time was fast. My only criticism is not sending a rollback truck to tow an AWD vehicle. The driver had to dolly the rear wheels; not only did it add time to remove the vehicle from the accident scene it added more money to the bill. I understand you have to send what you have available; at least give the customer a heads up. I will call again if I'm in need of a tow.
