This shop is the best we ever worked with. They are extremely friendly, keep me updated on findings and always seem to pinpoint issues. They are also reasonable in their pricing. We have used them for over more than at least 10 or more years and will continue to use them. Very satisfied with their service.

I love these guys. Very friendly and especially atuned to a lay person's describing auto moter issues. We have been with them for years and they have always addressed our car issues. Highly, highly recommend them for car maintenance and other car issues. Plan to stay with for our auto needs.

Been using 40 west for a long time. My parents started using it, and when my brothers and I got to the age where we could have our own cars, we started using 40 west! I got my husband to start using 40 west too. Earle, the owner, is so sweet and caring. He remembers my parents whenever I go in. My husband has an acura rsx, which as soon as it comes in for service the staff knows who we are. Excellent speedy service too, also love that they have a night drop box. The staff are honest and caring, and will always make sure that you know what else is wrong with your car before they go do something to it. You definitely won't waste your money on the services they provide, and they have gotten me out of a few scrapes with the towing!

I didn't get the young man's name but was he ever so pleasant and nice. I know he was busy but he handled my oil change, and answering the office phone, etc. I enjoy dealing there when we have car issues as your business is honest. Have a good day..

I received excellent customer care during my visit. I went in to have my brakes checked because of a squeaking issue, and they were completely honest in letting me know the brakes were still in good condition. I really appreciated their transparency. They also identified an issue with the axle and were able to take care of it quickly, with very little downtime. Overall, the service was efficient, honest, and greatly appreciated.
