I am from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and my car broke down while I was visiting my son and his family. I called and had a driver come to me quickly and he was so nice. I would highly recommend 40 West for your towing needs.

Had my vehicle towed in late at night. They got back to me pretty quick with the diagnosis next morning on a Friday, advised parts would be here early to mid next week. Called me Monday saying the vehicle was ready. Really appreciated the quick and honest work. They definitely earned a new customer.

This shop is the best we ever worked with. They are extremely friendly, keep me updated on findings and always seem to pinpoint issues. They are also reasonable in their pricing.
