I am from Pittsburgh Pennsylvania and my car broke down while I was visiting my son and his family. I called and had a driver come to me quickly and he was so nice. I would highly recommend 40 West for your towing needs.

Had my vehicle towed in late at night. They got back to me pretty quick with the diagnosis next morning on a Friday, advised parts would be here early to mid next week. Called me Monday saying the vehicle was ready. Really appreciated the quick and honest work. They definitely earned a new customer.

This shop is the best we ever worked with. They are extremely friendly, keep me updated on findings and always seem to pinpoint issues. They are also reasonable in their pricing. Been using 40 west for a long time. My parents started using it, and when my brothers and I got to the age where we could have our own cars, we started using 40 west! I got my husband to start using 40 west too. Earle, the owner, is so sweet and caring. He remembers my parents whenever I go in. My husband has an acura rsx, which as soon as it comes in for service the staff knows who we are. Excellent speedy service too, also love that they have a night drop box. The staff are honest and caring, and will always make sure that you know what else is wrong with your car before they go do something to it. You definitely won't waste your money on the services they provide, and they have gotten me out of a few scrapes with the towing!
