For a towing company. This was by far the best experience I have had, even when the situation was not ideal. Jimmy helped recover my car from a bad area after a weather event. He made sure I was safe, comfortable and knowledgeable about the process of towing and insurance. He is an absolute asset to your team!

Your tow drivers are friendly and knowledgeable. I have had work done on my car a few times at 40 West and the work is done in a timely matter and everything is clearly explained. The office staff is very friendly too!

This was my first visit to 40 West Auto Care and what a great experience! I had no issues scheduling work on the day I chose. Dropped off my car at 7:30am and it was completed by noon. Everything went perfectly and I definitely will return! I highly recommend this service center to anyone and will pass my experience on to friends and colleagues.

Dispatcher was very rude and short tempered. Ask for a 7.7 mile tow they charge $110 just for hook. Couldn’t give me a total cause he cause he didn’t know the total miles so I had to do his job and look up the miles myself. Ended up telling to find another towing company and hung up on me 👎 not professional don’t waste your time with these jokers

I just wanted to write to you to tell you how great of an experience I had with Pedro. I called AAA on Friday at 3:30 or so. I told them that I had a dead battery in my car. They said that they put the order in and they would be here at 5:00 or so. I had to be somewhere before 6:00 so I was a little worried. About ten minutes after I hung up with AAA I went out to get the mail and I saw a 40 West truck pulling up. I couldn’t believe it. He was there in ten minutes, not 90. Then when he got out, he was super friendly and knew what he was doing. My car was running in no time. He’s definitely a great employee and great for the company.
