I am out here in the area, visiting from Indiana. It's a 10-hour drive. Last Sat. Night, on Dec. 2nd, during heavy rain and fog, I got into a one-vehicle accident while exiting 70 East to get onto 15 North. I called 911, and the officer who came called 40 West on my behalf. Butch came to my rescue pretty quickly, considering that it was close to 3:00 a.m.!! My left front tire and rim were completely destroyed, so we agreed to flatbed my wagon to their tow yard, to await repairs on the following Monday. I am older and have balance issues due to vision problems and a neurological deficit...so have to use a cane to get around. Butch was extremely kind, helping me up into the cab of the tow truck, and back down, after getting me to the nearest hotel. The crew at both 40 West and their repair facility--Butch, James, and Rob--can't remember the other names--were throughout the "rescue and repair/replace" mission, totally professional, kind, and utterly competent!! I used to work for State Farm Auto Claims years ago, and I know how rare that is, believe me...plus, the team got my vehicle going in about a day and a quarter--almost unheard of, with Mondays typically being the busiest repair facility day of the week. I was, and AM, incredibly grateful to the gang at 40 West for helping to turn what was a very traumatic event into a good save. I would recommend these guys without hesitation to anyone in need of help. It is so rare anymore to see people operate at such a high level of competence and professionalism. And it certainly made a huge difference to me that they were all so kind. Keep up the good work guys--you are Aces in my book!! Thank you.
