We were informed by the federal police on Fort Detrick about this place, and they came within 20 minutes after the disastrous car fire. With all the debris laying everywhere, the gentleman secured it all and towed the vehicle away.

Had to contact AAA to have my truck towed for a broken brake line. I was worried as the last company they sent the driver tried to tell my son it was okay to drive it to the shop, which was 1 mile away. Only way to that shop was downhill. Fortunately my young son said no way, there are no brakes on the vehicle. Not happy with that driver based on that and his overall attitude. I was EXTREMELY HAPPY to find 40West at my front door yesterday for my town. I was told it would be an hour and they were there within 20 minutes. The driver, James, was clean, neat, and professional. He had me hooked up and dropped at the shop in no time at all. I sure wish I could actually request 40West when calling AAA. I have never had an issue with their service. Great job and thanks again!!!

AAA said it would be an hour, 40 West showed up in 20 minutes. The driver, James, was fantastic. He was neat, clean, polite, efficient and professional. He had my vehicle hooked up in no time flat and dropped at the shop. Wish AAA would let me request 40 West when needed. Have had to deal with another business and they were dirty, gave bad information (it's okay to drive with a broken brake line!), and had a bad attitude. Never with 40 West have I had an issue. Need a tow or other vehicle issue resolved? Give them a call!

Nobody likes getting their card towed, but saying that, I had the pleasure of meeting Butch as my tow truck driver. He showed me why my tailpipe was hanging on the ground, and that's because someone tried to cut off the catalytic converter. He lifted the car enough for me to see and take pictures. I wish I never had to meet him, but I'm glad I did. Would definitely give this company five stars, and Butch would get 10 if I could!

I brought my car in for brakes. They did an excellent job. Brought it back to have rear muffler assembly replaced. Again, they did an excellent job. I highly recommend them for their professional, courteous service
