My parents had used them for 20+ years before they retired and moved out of state. I always remembered going there as a little kid and listening to the mechanic always working. Fast forward to now: my car’s windshield washer fluid machine died and I had to take it to get replaced. It was the day before thanksgiving. Eric, who is the head mechanic took time and went to check to see what the problem was. I also asked him about a tune up, which he did as well. The mechanics took my car in the shop and immediately started working on the car as soon as Eric gave me an estimate. I got to talk to Earle, who’s the owner. He’s awesome and the sweetest guy you’ll ever meet. Debbie who is the front desk manager has been there a long time and knows exactly what she’s doing! They’re all so professional and very caring to what you need. 40 West also doesn’t try to make up things wrong with the car just to get your money. It is money well spent and those mechanics who are doing work will make sure that they do quality work. I have transferred my husband to 40 West as well. Make sure if your choosing a mechanic, you choose an honest and hardworking and reliable group like 40 west!

The staff was friendly and the garage was honest. I thought I needed so much done to my car because it was making noises and such. I TOLD THEM what I needed. They told me "no" lol. Most places wouldn't be that honest they'd do the work and change you. I don't think I'll ever take my Jude [yes I name my importantpossessions] anywhere else.

Excellent, professionals do all the work. Office staff terrific. I needed transportation when I dropped off my car. 40West drove me home and then delivered my car to me when work was complete. This is the care that most businesses do not provide. Kudos to 40West.

It was a cold rainy day and I locked myself out of my car and house. My technician came ASAP to my rescue and was even concerned about how long I was waiting. I am so pleased with the service 40 West Towing provided me. Not only did I lock my keys in the car they were in my trunk. The gentleman stayed and helped me get my keys out from the back seat of my car and made sure I was able to get my car out of lock out mode. I wish I had not been in a rush that's day I would have given him a tip, the service was outstanding!
