Frederick AUTO REPAIR

I've been bringing our vehicles here for just about 6 years for regular services and other issues. Work is completed as requested, recommendations made but not pushed. Staff makes you feel like your business is appreciated. To sum it up, I am satisfied to the point that this is the first time I have EVER reviewed ANYTHING!

I having been bringing my cars here for many years. The staff are always helpful and attentive. The main receptionist, Debby. is courteous and efficient and the garage/shop manager, John, is honest and straight forward. Excellent service!

I needed a tow during the heat wave and the drivers (both to 40 West Auto Care, and to my home afterward) managed to be both professional and personal - a difficult line to walk. The staff was also courteous, completed the work in 24 hours - within the estimate - and the car's been running nicely this past month.

They do excellent work and are very honest. Fast also.

40 West goes above and beyond when they are working on your car. They diagnose quickly and let you know when it is something that can wait or needs to be fixed right away. They treat my car like it is their car!!

I have had some wonderful experiences with this shop! After not knowing where to go and trust for so long, this shop fell in my lap. With AAA I have had my car towed here twice, both times have been great and truly proven this is a shop to trust! They let me know all my options, and have NOT tried to sell me the most expensive thing and throw on extra costs. They’ve got me as a customer now!

The oil change was completed timely and the staff very friendly.
