Frederick AUTO REPAIR

This morning my son’s Jeep wouldn’t start. Tried to jump with cables but no luck. I called 40 West and a tow truck was there in 30 minutes. Driver tried to jump as well but ended up towing to their garage. Day before Christmas Eve and they turned it around with new battery same day (and they plenty of other cars in). Have used them once before with same prompt service and will always call them first. Highly recommend calling 40 West when you need reliable and fast service.

Texanna said they were very prompt and did a good job. She has always used them and probably always will.

Joseph said John is a good person, a good mechanic and he knows his stuff. He knows about vehicles.

Once again 40 West Auto to rescue ! Car died in garage.....they came, towed and then repaired, all with proficiency and a pleasant greeting when I picked car up ! I'm happy !

My vehicle would not start, called AAA. The technician arrived in a short length of time. He did a battery check and he discovered the battery needed to be replaced. He jumped my vehicle to get it started. He did not have a battery with him to fit my vehicle. We followed him to the repair shop and received a new battery within a short period of time. The tech was efficient, the auto shop worked promptly to send us on our way

I just went for an oil change this time, but every time I have gone to 40 West I have been more than happy with the service and the office personnel. I started just taking my truck there but now I take my Honda CRV there as well. I started going there because more than one person told me that they believed that John was very trustworthy and that means everything to me.
