Walked in to get my battery looked at on a Saturday. All employees were extremely professional and respectful. They were honest and I did not feel pressured. Service was very speedy. The sitting area, while small, was very cozy, clean and comfortable. We will definitely use them again for my car needs!

Another great experience at 40 West! Everyone is great to deal with from drop-off to pick up. John explains what needs to be done on the vehicle and I know I can trust what he says. My battery died so I called AAA. The truck showed up within about 20 minutes of my call (much faster than I expected). They got my car running and installed a new battery in about 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service.
