Dropped off my new car to get MD inspected at 40 West. When I picked it up there were 7 additional miles on the odometer. I thought I was being paranoid taking a photo of the odometer when I dropped it off. I guess you really can’t trust some businesses.

From Debbie’s cheerful voice on the phone to the very prompt jump start service and eventual battery replacement, the entire experience was top quality. Couldn’t ask for better!

The people at 40 West are very kind and honest. They are two important characters that are hard to find nowadays in today's world (especially mechanics, medical doctors, and lawyers). Without any doubt, I'd recommend this place to anybody. They did an amazing repair job on my car. Thank you.

Great customer service very prompt. I was referred to 40 W. by the manager at Shockley Honda who happens to be the landlord of the residence where I live so I called them on Friday morning at 10 after seven and 20 minutes later they were in front of my house picking up my car two hours later they had a diagnosis and later that day around 130 or 2 PM my car was completed very happy Service and repair I will continue to use them for minor services like oil changed in for major repairs I will recommend them to all of my friends thanks Ed Connor
