I called AAA when my car wouldn't start and 40 West came out, first to see if the problem was my battery, then to tow the car back to the shop even though the office had already closed. When I accidentally forgot to give them my car keys, towing came back to grab them for no charge. Early the next morning I got the estimate on replacing my ignition switch in my aging Toyota Camry and the car was ready for pickup that afternoon. It drives just fine now that the ignition is fixed. Everyone was professional and friendly in getting my car out of the parking lot to tow and professional at pickup. The 10% off AAA discount was easy to use and saved me almost $50 of repair (as well as the cost of the battery test and tow).
