Best tow shop I've done business with
I just went for an oil change this time, but every time I have gone to 40 West I have been more than happy with the service and the office personnel. I started just taking my truck there but now I take my Honda CRV there as well. I started going there because more than one person told me that they believed that John was very trustworthy and that means everything to me.
I stopped by requested a tow and service and had my car back and running the next day.
They are always there! A timely appointment followed by a diagnosis, from John, with an upfront schedule that reasonably fits the time for the service, and for me. Priorities and emergencies have never been mentioned in any of my scheduling. Thanks!
I have an older car and asked to have them "winterize) it. Was very pleased with the work they did.
40 west has always given me an honest price and always delivers my vehicle on time.
Every time I take my vehicle here they work on it as soon as possible and usually is the same day. Always up front with you and do not try and sell you fixes your vehicle doesnt need. Definitely would recommend.

Johnny takes excellent care of our vehicles. Earle and the entire staff have provided many years of continuous support for our vehicle's needs either with repairs or towing. We wouldn't go anywhere else!
