Towing service on time per text sent. Was a miserable rainy day and driver Mike was great. I was able to ride with him to Auto 40 to get paperwork done. Staff there was wonderful and very understanding. I was provided a ride home. Couldn’t have asked for better service And great attitude for stranded female. Thank you all your outstanding care!

Another great experience at 40 West! Everyone is great to deal with from drop-off to pick up. John explains what needs to be done on the vehicle and I know I can trust what he says. The work is always complete on time and at the price he quotes (which is always reasonable). I highly recommend taking your vehicle to 40 West Auto Care!

My battery died so I called AAA. The truck showed up within about 20 minutes of my call (much faster than I expected). They got my car running and installed a new battery in about 15 minutes. I was very pleased with the service.

The service was fast and very friendly. The tow truck driver was exceptional. Took great care not to damage my vehicle any further.

This morning my son’s Jeep wouldn’t start. Tried to jump with cables but no luck. I called 40 West and a tow truck was there in 30 minutes. Driver tried to jump as well but ended up towing to their garage. Day before Christmas Eve and they turned it around with new battery same day (and they plenty of other cars in). Have used them once before with same prompt service and will always call them first. Highly recommend calling 40 West when you need reliable and fast service.
