Just picked up my 2006 Sienna van, got new blower motor & oil change package. I’ve been using 40 West probably more than 16 years. They are honest, fair, and treat you like family. Best of all, they know what they’re doing and they don’t try to sell you all the services that you don’t need like the dealers do! John Harris and office manager Debbie take good care of me. Wouldn’t go anywhere else and have at least one neighbor who uses 40 West since I told her about them. They have been, are, & I know will continue to be simply the BEST! And they’re fun. Try them, you’ll be glad you did!

I was very satisfied with my experience. Everyone I dealt with was friendly and pleasant. They took the time to explain to me exactly what was going on with my vehicle and got the job completed quickly. Their prices were very reasonable and I didn't feel pressured in any way.

I was on my way home from NC to NY. Found myself on side of I-95 broke down. AAA towed me to this shop. So thankful that’s where I ended up. They diagnosed my truck quickly. Provided time and cost estimates and delivered on all counts. Aggravated that trip was delayed but grateful I was towed to a shop that could drop everything to help. Would highly recommend for locals or passers by like myself. I got home safe and truck running great. Thank you!!!
