Honest and dependable! I’ve used Auto 40 West for many years. Their service is always excellent, and they focus on what I need fixed or serviced. Rarely do they tell me that I have another problem (all previous mechanics I’ve had would say, I observed this or that needs to be taken care of, in addition to the work that was done). They are honest, reasonably priced and provide excellent service. I always recommend them to my friends and family.

Best towing in Frederick. Punctual, courteous and always polite. I hit a deer last night, and 40 west had a driver at the scene in 20 minutes. Amazing.

Reviews are so important for a merchant so I wanted to make sure I left one. I got a flat and after briefly reading the reviews I chose 40 west because they had the best rating. Not disappointed. Allen pulled up behind me after a 15 minute wait as stated over the phone. So glad it was Allen! I’m inquisitive by nature and he answered every single question I had with a smile. And although the tire wasn’t fixable and we couldn’t (I say we like I did something) put the spare on I completely enjoyed Allen’s company. We called triple A and Allen stayed with us almost until the end, just to make sure we were taken care of. That’s exemplary service and I really hope he is recognized for that. You can’t train someone to wait it out with the customer, that’s just who he is as a person. Thank You 40 West, you made an excellent choice in choosing Allen for your company!!

These guys saved our weekend. I had a flat tire in the middle of nowhere on a very special birthday weekend. We were about to miss all the planned events. Rodney made sure a tow truck got there quickly, ordered a tire and arranged a rental car when none were to be had in case the tire didn’t show up. I got into my black cocktail dress and jewelry in the back bathroom of the machine shop! They got and installed the tire, wished us well and we were on our way to a great weekend. Can’t say enough about those guys.
