Frederick AUTO REPAIR

Based on my experience the last few years after moving to Frederick I have been very satisfied with John's honesty and quality of service. Such that I would rather take a new vehicle such as our new Equinox to him rather the dealer.

Always a pleasure bring my vehicles to 40 West. Most of the time without an appointment, they always get to my vehicle that same day. For over seven years, I have never been disappointed!

My car broke down on a road trip from Baltimore to Ohio by myself. One phone call and someone was on site within minutes and the repair was done within an hour AND less than the estimate. I thought the trip was doomed but I was back on the road faster than I have ever experienced. Great group of people!

Very helpful with explaining what was needed to fix my car. Just did what was required. Quality craftsmanship and easy payment process. Fair and competitive pricing.

Response was quick , the service extremely professional and the people outstanding. I ended up needing a battery which was installed in a snap and was done correctly and efficiently. The service man knew what he was doing and I had the utmost faith in his ability. The price of the battery I needed was competitive and quite reasonable. I would not hesitate to request 40 West if and when I should need assistance in the future. All in all the the whole procedure was quite painless and quite satisfactory in all areas. 40 West is an extremely well run business and other service providers would be lucky to be half as good . No wonder they have such a great reputation.

On July 4th 2020 my child and I were on the way back from Virginia to Maryland when I got a flat tire I called my insurance company for roadside assistance and was hung up on three times, very disrespected and no solution, I called numerous towing companies in the Germantown area and not one of them would come and help us. I called everyone in my phone book list no one was come help. My son and I sat for 4 hours trying to figure out what to do because our spare tire was low on air, so I was going to have to have a rollback tow me home my final call was to 40 west towing, they answered with respect very polite very nice any rollback was dispatched to our location. As we waited a couple pulled up had a air compressor mysteriously in the back of their vehicle and blew up the spare tire. When the rollback didn't reach our location Kyle was respectful very nice very courteous and when I told him that we no longer need his service that we got the spare tire fixed he was not angry he was not rude he wasn't disrespectful he was still the same person when he pulled up he made us feel safe so thank you very much Kyle we greatly appreciate it and thank you 40 West if we ever break down again 40 West will be the first people I call.
