They're very kind and attentive :) I've had the door held open for me as I waddled in at snail's pace with my 1 year old and there was never any changes in their smiles ! They were never impatient or rude with my silly questions * 1st time car owner and clueless * and they just did a great job at fixing any of my slightest concerns and more! They take the initiative if you give permission and their prices are more than fair!

Had a wonderful experience at 40 West while waiting for an oil change. Debbie is always friendly and accommodating. Covid precautions are evident featuring a shield between staff & customers, plenty of hand sanitizers, and a “self service” credit card reader. The service is always excellent, which is why I keep returning and recommending 40 West to family & friends.

We always use 40 West for towing and maintenance/repair services for all our vehicles. We are a long time customer. Everyone that works in their shop are very friendly. They are reliable and we have grown to trust them with car repairs and maintenance. I highly recommend 40 West for towing and car services.

Had to have brakes replaced, I called and requested an estimate. Manager returned call in a timely manner with an estimate at which time appointment was set-up and brakes were installed the next day.

Another pleasant visit to 40 West. Quick and courteous as usual. I can always rely on them for all my automotive needs.

I was stuck in the snow on an icy hill. AAA sent out a truck, the driver took one look at the ice on the hill and said "there's no way to get you out and you will need to wait until the spring to get unstuck". Kyle came to the rescue and saved the day! I would highly recommend 40 West Auto Care and Towing!

How big or small the problem is you are treated by friendly and helpful staff. In this care the problem was small concerning "low tire pressure" message which they addressed quickly.

I had a light come on my dash and called on the fly. 40 West happily checked my car out and fixed the problem in no time and allowed me to continue on my way. The service is reasonably priced and they are honest and thorough. This is my only service center. Always pleasant and clean courteous shop!!

Work is done expediently and employees are friendly.
