I was able to schedule to have my car put in the same week I called. Then once I dropped it off, all the staff was super friendly. I got a call the next morning explaining what needed to be fixed and I agreed to it. I got a text by noon that it was done. Super efficient and fast service. Highly pleased with the staff and the service. Definitely would recommend!!

My truck wouldn't start and I tried almost everthing to fix it myself. I talked to Mike at 40 west and he was able to tow my truck to their shop and give me a quick diagnosis. She needed a fuel pump. He had her back on the road the next day without braking my wallet. The staff from the tow truck driver to the receptionist were professional and polite. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I took my car in for a replacement battery and brakes. I was given a time frame and price. When I went to pick up my car, it was less expensive than the quote I received! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I will be taking my car for service in the future. I would highly recommend this company.

I was an out-of-town visitor who’s car unexpectedly had a dead battery. 40 West. Auto came with a tow truck but was able to start it, get me to their shop and install a new battery within an hour. Great service!
