I trust 40 West. I’ve used 40 West several times for auto repair, and I’ve been extremely pleased with every aspect of my experiences with them. I’ve found everyone there to be courteous, responsive, respectful, kind, and honest. The repair work is done well, and in a timely manner. Also, 40 West has been the responder on several occasions that I’ve needed assistance from AAA. Their drivers are the best. I breathe a sigh of relief when I know it’s 40 West responding.

Had a situation present itself where work on my vehicle was needed in a short amount of time. Every member of the shop worked with my son and myself to accomplish the needed outcome. They went over and above to us as customers.

As always 40 West gave me fast, fair service. I know I can always count on them to do repairs right, the first time, at a fair price, but just as importantly to let me know when repairs are NOT needed. In short, they can always be trusted.

As always, during routine preventive maintenance, they notice things I miss, like a burned out tag light. They also will check my brakes when dealing with my tires. My car stays safe and road worthy. They are a great group of people.
