I just started taking my older Honda CR-V to 40 West a few months back. John took the time to review all the past service records I had for that car and come up with a cost effective plan to keep my car running at it’s best. I had many questions and I really appreciated that he did not mind helping me work through what was best for my wallet as well as my car. The people at 40 West are always kind and happy to see you. I didn’t need it this time, but they also offered me a ride home. Love this place!

Also, 40 West has been the responder on several occasions that I’ve needed assistance from AAA. Their drivers are the best. I breathe a sigh of relief when I know it’s 40 West responding.

Had a situation present itself where work on my vehicle was needed in a short amount of time. Every member of the shop worked with my son and myself to accomplish the needed outcome. They went over and above to us as customers.

As always 40 West gave me fast, fair service. I know I can always count on them to do repairs right, the first time, at a fair price, but just as importantly to let me know when repairs are NOT needed. In short, they can always be trusted.

As always, during routine preventive maintenance, they notice things I miss, like a burned out tag light. They also will check my brakes when dealing with my tires. My car stays safe and road worthy. They are a great group of people.
