I am thoroughly satisfied with the work done on my vehicle. I believe the staff were honest in their evaluation of the my auto needs and did not add additional un-needed work. They got my car running after it had to be towed in, and then test drove it before returning to me. This will be my one stop auto service shop.

Not military/Army/Fort Detrick friendly! Quoted me $99 just to get the truck to my house on post. I walked right out and called Bussard's Auto and it was $69. Cheaper to look elsewhere. I will not call 40 West Auto ever again.

Wonderful service. Kind employees. Not to mention the fact that they have rescued my keys from locked cars for me now twice. Would definitely recommend.

40 West provided towing and repair when my truck broke down, and this was my first time using this shop. The staff were friendly, well organized and provided great communication. Estimate was provided quickly and repairs performed promptly. They offered a 10% discount since I'm a AAA member and the job came in under estimate. My truck is now running smoothly. I will return to them for future auto work.

I've found them to be very accessible and accommodating. Their service is timely and they keep you informed as they're doing the work. They're conservative in having you spend your money and, most importantly, they stand behind their work. Good people!
