I had a dead battery. Since AAA was sold out of this battery, I went to 40 West. I pulled up and they had me in, replaced the battery and on my way in less than 30 minutes.

They also offer a no questions asked shuttle service which makes the process so much easier. I am 100% pleased each time I pick up my car and they are the "the one & only" shop that I trust. You should strongly consider switching mechanics or ditching the dealer for 40 West Auto Care, they are the best in Maryland.
