Spoke with Jack. He said they do business with this facility all of the time. If anyone needs a tow, he tells them to call this place. He used to work with one of the technicians, and he knows everybody there.
As usual everything was great. Check in was smooth and easy. Everything asked for was checked with a phone call for the diagnosis and estimate. Work was completed before original estimated time at the same price.
