John is always willing to take the time to answer my questions and explain repairs in terms I understand. When I had a problem with the Mazda dealership (car there for safety recall) he took the time to call the dealership to obtain more information for me.

I appreciate it when the estimates provided are close to the final price, as well as the fact that John has never recommended I get service that isn't needed. You guys are the best in Maryland.

Had aaa come tow my car from one shop to a ford dealership and they contacted this business to send out a tow. I arrived at the shop to pay the diagnostic bill 30 minutes before they closed, then waited in my car for the tow truck. I get a call 30 minutes after the shop closed by 40 w towing telling me that they were canceling my tow because it is at a business which is currently closed. which then I had to get the mechanic who helped me with my car on the phone (who was late to his sons baseball game) and get him on the phone with the lady at 40 w towing to tell them that it's okay for them to come pick up the car. All that just to try to get out of towing my car because it's close to the end of the day. Terrible customer service.

They keep you informed on your car’s progress. They will get someone to run you back to your house and pick you up later - a boone to anyone living alone. They are honest, friendly, and I can’t speak highly enough about them.
