Eleazar said he has been dealing with this business for a number of years. He stated he thinks John is the one who always works on his 2 vehicles. He is the one to call him and describe the problem, and what Eleazar needs to do to fix it. He trusts what he tells him. John is very honest with him.

They figure you’re stuck when you have to be towed in. The estimate to fix vehicle was ridiculous. Based off of a direct comparison from another work vehicle needing the same service. Almost twice as much.

Had problem with my vehicle not starting. 40 West AAA came out on Saturday morning and said I needed a new battery and terminal. He called his shop to see if they could get it done and was told yes. He followed me to the service center and they took care of it in under an hour. I plan on using 40 West in the future.
