Went to 40 West for an oil change and battery replacement. One of the mechanics noticed (visually) that the front tires were way out of alignment. We had just had struts replaced in Florida, and they did not bother to do the alignment. Great catch by 40 West - we could have encountered some major problems going forward!

Doris said she went to another facility for service, and was given a quote for some work. She came to this place and this staff stated it was not an accurate diagnosis. They said it was just the clamp that was loose, and they replaced it. The staff picked her up and took her back again. John was very pleasant.

John is a great hard working, smart mechanic. He can fix most any problem and he does not oversell. If there is something he cannot fix (only the dealer can fix some problems) he will tell you and not go on some fishing expedition costing you more $$. Great owner and front desk personnel.
