John and the gang at 40 West are awesome. If any of my vehicles need service, I know that John at 40 West will take care of it. Done the first time and done right. I highly recommend them. And their towing service is excellent too. They have helped me with dead batteries, tire changes, and towing.

Not the friendlest auto repair shop, nor well experienced on how long your repair should take. Poor communication skills.

Tweedy was prompt with his response with a minimal wait time during a snow storm. He delivered excellent service and assistance.
