When my son hit a curb during a snowstorm. He broke some parts in the drivetrain. To where the front wheel was only hanging on by the shock. I told this to the dispatcher. And the dispatcher told the tow truck driver that only had a wheel noise. So he showed up a tow truck that wasn’t equipped to pull my car on without damaging it even more. Front quarter panel got mangled. Kind of disappointed. And I was still charged for the tow, even though it did more damage in what it would cost to fix. That said, the repair work was a good price(enough to get it road worthy. Although it did take more time than expected with poor communication. We didn’t get the body work fixed because my son needed a car ASAP. I’ve used them before, but this time I don’t feel like they had their best foot forward.
