Frederick AUTO REPAIR

Flat tire 915pm. Roadside assistance dispatched through frederick city police after State Farm insurance/ajira couldnt find a service provider. Said it would take 40 west towing 20-30min to show up....Monday night 1030pm. They showed up in 11min, in a marked truck, with nametag on driver's uniform. James stayed back from window until I verified who he was. Got the tire out, changed the tire. Took a credit card, texted receipt so I can submit claim. Stayed until I was back in the car and situated. Elapsed time: 15min...back on the road. #statefarm get new providers... here's one you should use!! Professional, timely, appreciated!! TYVM.

Rob was amazing! When AAA left me stranded at night for 4 hours on the interstate because they couldn't find anyone willing to tow me, Rob was my shining hero. AAA told me I had to find my own tow(?!?!), Rob agreed to drive a significant number of miles, after he had already been working 14 hours on his day off, because he "just didn't feel right" leaving my son and me stranded on the side of the road. A big shout out to his wife, who supported him in his decision to help us, and to his friend Scott, who allowed him to sleep on his couch, after he dropped us off at 1 am. A truly wonderful team of individuals and a testament of the caring nature and integrity of the individuals that work for this organization. Thank you for getting us home safely, Wendy
