Great service! They are timely, have very friendly staff and very affordable! I got an oil change, 4 wheel alignment and brake pads changed for less than the I was quoted elsewhere for just the brakes. I highly recommend them.

My car was truly a mess. Another shop could not perform the work in a timely manner without numerous hours. So I attempted the work and made the car un-driveable. Then as Providence would have it, I approached 40 West Auto Care and towing. They are AAA. They offered to tow and then perform the repairs. I was so amazed at the work of replacing my control arm bushings for both front wheels and a passenger side axel too. A 5 star rating does note express the professional job they did from towing to repair. I have spoken to a number of people also and recommended they try 40 West Auto Car Care. Look them up in Frederick, MD.

Always great service! Stopped in to get some wheel locks taken off my car since the lug key was lost. In and out in about 15 minutes. Also had a radiator replaced about a year ago by 40 west and they did a great job on a car that has over 260k on it. Thank you everyone at 40 west for being reliable and so kind.
