Had problem with my vehicle not starting. 40 West AAA came out on Saturday morning and said I needed a new battery and terminal. He called his shop to see if they could get it done and was told yes. He followed me to the service center and they took care of it in under an hour. I plan on using 40 West in the future.

Tow truck arrived within half an hour. When it came time for the paperwork, the driver was surprised that I had called AAA; apparently the state police had also called for a tow truck, and coincidentally they had called the same garage as I had asked for from AAA. However, he patiently waited while I called AAA and got it sorted it, so I didn't need to pay out of pocket. Turns out the car is no longer operable; 40 West let us leave the car there several days while we arranged a donation.

Every experience I have had at 40 West has been a good one. The staff is so friendly and I always feel like I am being taken care of versus other auto care companies where you feel like your being lied to about your vehicle or even worse, they talk to you like your an idiot. The service here is always fast and professional and they clearly communicate with you about your vehicle. I would absolutely recommend this company to friends and family and will most definitely be back!

40 West Auto Care was open around the holidays and made room to service my car during this busy time. Very much appreciated.

Brought my car in because the heat stopped working. They were able to shuttle me back to my house while I awaited a diagnosis and estimate. I ended up needing a new blower motor and they were able to complete the work quickly. Car was ready when promised, no hassle. Great place, will definitely go back for future services.
