Last Friday my car wouldn't start and it wasn't the battery. Called about 9 am and spoke to John Harris. He immediately sent a tow truck to my residence. By 11 am he called to tell me it was the starter, gave me a quote and said it would be ready for pickup that afternoon. I was able to pick it up at 3. Amazing! I thought sure I would be without my car for the weekend! Thanks so much! Highly recommended!

Had a oil sensor go bad and they fixed it at my convince.

Went to 40 West for an oil change and battery replacement. One of the mechanics noticed (visually) that the front tires were way out of alignment. We had just had struts replaced in Florida, and they did not bother to do the alignment. Great catch by 40 West - we could have encountered some major problems going forward!

Doris said she went to another facility for service, and was given a quote for some work. She came to this place and this staff stated it was not an accurate diagnosis. They said it was just the clamp that was loose, and they replaced it. The staff picked her up and took her back again. John was very pleasant.
