This is such a wonderful auto care company. The staff is friendly and accommodating and I always feel taken care of. They always seems to work me into their schedule and I never feel like I am treated as “just another customer.” I would highly recommend them to anyone an wouldn’t trust my vehicle anywhere else!

Over a very busy holiday period, they fit me in and fixed the problem. They are very courteous. They take the time to explain the problem and the work they need to perform. I'll definitely recommend them to my friends.

I called with AAA and these guys were right on it. I was stranded 5 hours from home and they made the pain go away. I can't thank their service enough and recommend them to anyone. They get my 5 star rating... TOTAL SERVICE!!! THANK YOU!!!

Today was the second time I have dealt with 40 West (both for towing through AAA), and they are honest, reliable, and a pleasure to deal with. The driver I met with this morning suggested an attempt to jump start my car that was dead in the garage. It started right up so I didn't have to have it towed. Both drivers have been very professional and I even received a phone call from the office to let me know the truck was on it's way. I would highly recommend 40 West.

I've written multiple reviews about 40 West - they still reign supreme. Best mechanics, shop and customer care I've experienced in 20 years. The personal touch and due diligence to detail and satisfaction are second to none. I feel like my car is brand new every time I drive away. If you're looking for a worry free place, that's spotless, puts the customer first with expert mechanics, look no where else - you've found it at 40 West. Dreadful customer service! Service manager is the worst...would not discuss issues when car was towed to 40 West & they couldn't figure out why the car stalled out and required towing. Service manager said if I didn't pay the bill he would NOT give me my keys. Refusing to discuss the car certainly is no way to communicate. Maybe if I picketed 40 West Auto (in order to warn other potential customers) they would rethink their customer service.

John gave me solid advice and went above and beyond to make needed repairs for my 20 yr old wrangler... and he advised me what I DIDN’T need to do (correcting poor advice from prior mechanics). He tended to details, like my long missing fan knob, and got my fun car back in service in time for summer
