I've taken my vehicles to 40 West for probably 15 years now. They always work with the utmost professionalism, are great at communicating what's going on and what's required to fix whatever's wrong with my vehicle, and give a fair price. They have a customer for life in me.

We had a great experience with 40 West Auto Care and Towing. We are from out of town and hauling horses and our starter went. They were friendly and efficient in towing the car and repairing it so we could get our horses home safely in a timely fashion.

I was picking up dinner with my grandson. When I started to backup, the car would not shift. Called AAA and a 40 West tow truck was there within 15 minutes. Called Ford where I usually have my car serviced. They said they could not work on Chyrsler transmission. Mike looked under the hood and immediately said it was the shifter cable. He said they could do the repairs. I was so relieve and thankful. This was Thursday evening. John called me Friday morning, confirmed it was the shifter cable and gave me repair price. Told me it would be ready Monday or Tuesday depending on delivery day of part. He called Tuesday morning to say it was ready. I hope I got everyone's names correct because they did an exceptional service. This is not the first time 40 West has came to my rescue. Last December they changed the battery in my car which was wonderful because the tire had to be removed to get to the battery. Thank you 40 West Auto Care and Towing!

40 West is honest, economical and gives excellent advice as well as service. Having been overcharged for unnecessary work in the past at other shops, I highly value the integrity and trust I have found in this repair facility. I won't go anywhere else!

I’m very particular and it’s easy to lose my trust, so it’s important to say I’ve been bringing all of my vehicles here for over a decade. This is coming from a dealer only guy too. John Harris and staff are excellent! Friendly, flexible and super welcoming - great staff! I’ve never encountered a more honest shop - very refreshing. Hats off to great service and customer service! Car was looked at and estimate given within hours. Work was performed in one day and ready for pick up. Very knowledgeable and friendly staff. Returning in a few weeks for more work to get done. Highly recommend.
