Frederick AUTO REPAIR

Many thanks to 40 West for expeditiously towing our car to the shop when it became disabled, and for thoroughly diagnosing and fixing the problem with the cooling system. Eric kept us updated while the technicians went through their steps to find the problem and fix it.

I have spoken with 2 tow companies in the area. I explained exactly what was wrong with my auto and what I needed. One company sent the wrong kind of truck. They were nice, but didn't have the type of truck my situation needed. This company instantly understood what I was saying - and has the right equipment.

My tow rep wasJimmy and he was absolutely amazing! I called after hours because I broke my key at the park! He told me 15 minutes and sure enough he was there! Very professional and courteous! Dropped my car off at the dealership with all the right information that the dealership needed! The dealership called me right at 7:31 when they opened because they had all information!! Will definitely use them in future!

Jimmy said they did what was asked in a fast time and a reasonable price.

They're honest folks. They wont charge you for zip ties unlike other places, they don't scam you out of money, great honest people.

40 West is fantastic!!! I recently moved to Frederick and my sister recommended them and I will no longer go anywhere else. I have not had any problems at all with the services that they have provided. Everyone in the office is so friendly and always have smiles on their faces. I am notified of what needs to be done, the cost and the turn around time before any work is started and I have always received my vehicle in the promised timeframe. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !!!

I found 40 West when I recently moved to Frederick - my sister refered me to them and I will no longer go anywhere else. This shop is fantastic - the people are fantastic and the work is excellent. They always make sure I know about what is needed and what the cost is before they start a job and they always deliver in the time frame quoted. HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!!!!!!
