was in an accident before Christmas they still haven't assessed the damage to my car to give me a quote or recomend junking my car a month later.

40 West is fantastic!!! I recently moved to Frederick and my sister recommended them and I will no longer go anywhere else. I have not had any problems at all with the services that they have provided. Everyone in the office is so friendly and always have smiles on their faces. I am notified of what needs to be done, the cost and the turn around time before any work is started and I have always received my vehicle in the promised timeframe. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them !!! My tow rep wasJimmy and he was absolutely amazing! I called after hours because I broke my key at the park! He told me 15 minutes and sure enough he was there! Very professional and courteous! Dropped my car off at the dealership with all the right information that the dealership needed! The dealership called me right at 7:31 when they opened because they had all information!!
