Butch, the tow truck driver was very courteous and took his time loading up my motorcycle, he got me to the dealership on time, so they could fix my issue and get me out on the road again, I hope I don't have to use them again but if I do have to use a tow truck again, I know who I will be calling, and I hope Butch is the driver again.

Dispatch listened to my needs, sent someone out in a timely manor and Very professional.

Driver Mike Lewis was terrific to deal with, super calm and professional in a very chaotic situation, and went above and beyond to make sure our towing needs were completely handled. Got stuck on the road due to the weather coming home from work and needed to be towed. They were prompt and professional. The service man, Lee or Les. Can’t read his name too well but he was very kind and caring and was concerned for my safety! They were to me in 25 minutes and I’m home safe and sound! Keep him!! Wish I could give 10 stars!

Absolutely terrible. They called me from a AAA request saying they are on the way and gave me a 1hr eta. They said I had to stay with the vehicle. So after waiting over an hr I call 40 west back and when they look into the status, I can hear the other guy start saying a bunch of excuses as to why my help has been cancelled. The rep gets back on the phone and said AAA cancelled my request...... these people seem to biting off more than they can chew with AAA contracts and then cancelling them for something worth more money while leaving people stranded. USE Mikes autobody and towing! Nathan the driver called to tell me he was on the way and actually showed up as promised and kept me updated.

Wife's car died on us... They towed us and took great care of us. Eric was super helpful the entire time. Great place!
