 Scheduled Maintenance Service Program

Our scheduled Maintenance Service Program is a guideline to help our customers get the most miles from their vehicles through Routine Maintenance thus maximizing their investments in their vehicles.

The services described in the blue boxes are recommended by 40 West Auto Care to keep your vehicle in a peak operating condition and to insure your maximum driving pleasure.

Preventive maintenance intervals based on prior preventive maintenance schedules being performed.

 
EVERY 3,000 MILES
Also due @ 9,000 / 27,000 / 33,000 / 39,000 / 51,000 / 57,000 / 63,000 / 81,000 / 87,000 miles

• Change Engine Oil and Filter (Up to 5 Qts. Of 5W30 oil)
• Lubricate Chassis
• Vehicle Maintenance Inspection

EVERY 6,000 MILES
Also due @ 12,000 / 42,000 66,000 / 78,000 / 84,000 miles

• Change Engine Oil and Filter (Up to 5 Qts. Of 5W30 oil)
•Install ( Advance Formula MOA®
•Lubricate Chassis
•Check and Fill Fluids
•Inspect Brake System
•Rotate Tires, Adjust Air Pressure
•Vehicle Maintenance Inspection

15,000 MILE SERVICE
Also due @ 45,000/75,000 & 105,000 miles

• Change Engine Oil and Filter
(Up to 5 Qts. Of 5W30 oil)
• Lubricate Chassis
• Install Advance Formula MOA®
• Replace Air Filter
• Perform BG Fuel Induction Service
• Clean Throttle Body Assembly and Lubricate
• Install BG 44K® Fuel System
Cleaner
• Replace Fuel Filter (not including fuel filters in tank)
• Inspect Engine Coolant, Components, Hoses & Clamps (as required)
- Inspect Brake System
- Inspect: brake pads and/or shoes caliper operation, rotors, drums, brake fluid contamination, hoses & connections
- Inspect parking brake for damage and proper operation
• Clean Battery Terminals, Install BG Anti-Corrosive protectors.
• Rotate and balance tires
• Visually inspect tires for alignment and proper wear
• Lubricate All Hinges, Latches & Door Locks
• Inspect all Drive Belts for damage or wear
• Vehicle Maintenance Inspection
• Test Drive


VEHICLE MAINTENANCE INSPECTION
•Check and/or Fill:
-window washer fluid
-coolant recovery reservoir fluid
-brake fluid
-power steering fluid
-transmission fluid
•Check and adjust air pressure in all tires, including spare
•Check exhaust system for leaks damage, loose parts
•Check operation of horn, exterior lamps, turn signals and hazard warning lights
•Check radiator, heater and air conditioning hoses for leaks or damage
•Check windshield washer spray and wiper operation
•Inspect half shaft boots, if equipped
•Check and lubricate steering, steering linkage, suspension, drive shaft U-joint (if equipped with grease fittings).
